It is a restaurant mainly serving typical Colombian food from the region (Santander), so I recommend ordering this type of food in the place that is characterized by offering generous portions.It is a spacious and traditional restaurant in the municipality of San Gil that has been remodeled and with its current management provides good service. Although it is an open place that is close to the Fonce River, it is somewhat hot.It is a good option to visit.

Founded in 1946, this restaurant on the banks of the Fonce River offers excellent cuts of meat and typical Santander food dishes, its staff is attentive to customers, the space is spacious and pleasant with a view of the river from a balcony. We ordered fresh meat, oreada meat and sobrebarriga, being totally satisfied with the flavor and size of the portions, the sobrebarriga especially surprised us for its softness and flavor, a recommended dish like the oreada meat, each dish comes with rice, yucca, peeled corn arepa, soup of the day and salad.

I had meat a la llanera for lunch, it was delicious. I recommend finishing with a lemon dessert.
